Project Cars Looks Ridiculously Authentic

Slightly Mad Studios is working on a new racing simulator IP called Project Cars, and it looks damn good. With the PlayStation platform having both Gran Turismo and DRIVECLUB, and Xbox touting Forza, one thing that stands out to be the most interesting aspect of Project Cars is that it will be coming to Wii U. This will be the first time (to my knowledge) Nintendo has ever sported a sim racer on their platform, it is not exclusive though. As you can tell from the screenshots below Project Cars is a graphically demanding game; Slightly Mad Studios suggests that there is hidden potential behind the Wii U hardware which is confirmed to be less powerful than its next-gen counterparts. Is it really possible to bring this visual fidelity to Wii U? We’ll see sooner or later; for now check out the screenshots below.
