Worms WMD PC – Preview

Worms WMD is the newest in the Worms franchise coming to consoles and PC later this month. Personally, I’ve been a fan of the series since Worms World Party, and what I’ve played of WMD definitely scratched the itch that WWP started. While the demo was no where near complete, it did give a good sense of what to expect concerning gameplay. The weapons that I had access to were pretty diverse; from the Holy Hand Grenade to the non-descript “fire punch.” Not only that but using the ninja rope was as satisfying as it was frustratingly fickle. But it wouldn’t be the ninja rope any other way. The game also had a crafting system which I was unable to try. So far, from what I’ve played from the limited gameplay demo, I had an absolute fun time.

Worms WMD comes to Steam, Playstation 4, and Xbox One on August 23rd, 2016.
