Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition Announced The True Definitive Edition

Play Final Fantasy XV at least one more time this year with Square Enix rolling out the release of Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition. Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition gives you the complete experience adding new content featuring all the downloadable content released. Insomnia City Ruins will be the new dungeon you’ll explore in Royal Edition, new gear and new enemies await.

Also included in this edition of Final Fantasy XV is all the Season Pass content: Episode Gladiolus, Episode Prompto, Multiplayer Expansion: Comrades, and Episode IgnisThe ability to play in first person mode and finally being able to cruise full sail in open waters on the Royal Vessel the first controllable boat in Final Fantasy XV. The Royal Vessel can be used freely between between Cape Caem and Altissia.

The PC edition of Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition sports the same features of its console counterparts and includes mod support 4K and 8K resolutions. If you already purchased Final Fantasy XV you’ll be able to upgrade to the Royal Edition for $19.99. Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition releases March 6th at $49.99 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.  Check out the announcement video below.

Hey guys! I’m Jose the second half of Dual Pixels and your host of our Dual Pixels Podcast. I enjoy fighters more than any other genre because I grew up playing them when I was a wee-lad; literally Street Fighter 2 and a tall chair . Overall though, my top favorite games include Street Fighter 3rd Strike (Best game ever, obviously), Super Mario World (sorry folks it was better than part 3), and Super Ghouls and Ghost. I like a mix of everything just as long as a game has something unique or fun about it; and people, let’s not forget about the classics!
