E3 2018: Resident Evil 2 Makes its Return Fully Remastered

Capcom gave us quite the surprise at Sony’s E3 Conference with the reveal of Resident Evil 2. Resident Evil 2 is fully remastered and players can except to relive the original Resident Evil 2 upgraded in 4K. Changes to this version include over the shoulder camera giving you a new perspective and modern control take to explore Raccoon City.

Leon and Claire return sporting new, yet familiar looks each with their own campaign. Zombies will now look and feel realistic with the new RE engine Players can now shoot zombies and they will react in real-time taking visible damage. Resident Evil 2 releases January 25th, 2019 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Check out the chilling trailer above and the high resolution screenshots below.

Hey guys! I’m Jose the second half of Dual Pixels and your host of our Dual Pixels Podcast. I enjoy fighters more than any other genre because I grew up playing them when I was a wee-lad; literally Street Fighter 2 and a tall chair . Overall though, my top favorite games include Street Fighter 3rd Strike (Best game ever, obviously), Super Mario World (sorry folks it was better than part 3), and Super Ghouls and Ghost. I like a mix of everything just as long as a game has something unique or fun about it; and people, let’s not forget about the classics!
