Batman: Arkham Origins Gets Multiplayer

Batman: Arkham Origins gets much more interesting, today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have confirmed online multiplayer game modes for Batman: Arkham Origins. Origins multiplayer is similar to that of a third person shooter , players will be able to play as either Bane’s gang of thugs or the Joker’s gang. That’s not all , in addition to playing as the villain’s Batman & Robin join the fight to make this a 2 v s 3 v s 3 match.

So a total of 8 players get to duke it out, Batman: Arkham Origins multiplayer is set to release only for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game. Wii U will not include the multiplayer, a spokesperson from Warner Bros. Interactive told Eurogamer that “The team is focusing development efforts on platforms with the largest MP audience.”  Batman: Arkham Origins is scheduled to release on October 25th for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and Wii U.  Check out the trailer for the multiplayer below.
