Finally Some New ‘The Division’ Screenshots

One can only stare at the same shots, as beautiful as they may be, from the game play demo from last E3 for so long. Our prayers have been answered, but not without consequence…I don’t know if it’s because of the Watch_Dogs footage scandal that has been raging for the past few weeks but these screenshots from ‘The Division’ don’t look nearly as impressive as the announcement trailer. That could be due to the compression of the screenshots themselves, or the fact that the game is still deep within it’s primary development cycle. Nonetheless, if all of the cooperative and competitive gameplay systems work as they have been described I will be mightily happy to wander the streets of post-apocalyptic Brooklyn (and beyond?) looking for mischief.

While I've traveled the world since the tender age of 6 I have never been far from the world of video games. I currently live in the Netherlands and aim to provide an international perspective on gaming culture to the ravenous audience of Dual Pixels. My favorite genres are first or third person action-adventures and western role playing games. That being said, I play everything I can on my PS4 and PS Vita.
