Get Ready To Pay More for NBA 2K21 On PS5 and Xbox Series X

As the new consoles roll out we may expect to see some changes to the pricing of games moving forward. The first glimpse of this new pricing is NBA 2K21 which has the recommended pricing on $69.99 for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

You can expect the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC versions for the pricing were use to of $59.99. The reasoning for the increase is the hinted rising development cost of building a new game from the ground up on the Next-Generation consoles.

Since NBA 2K21 does have multiple versions, players who are getting the current-gen versions of The Kobe Bryant-fronted Mamba Forever Edition ,available across all platforms for $99.99, will get the standard version of their Next-Gen counterparts. So if you buy the PS4 version of the Mamba Forever Edition, you get the PS5 standard edition.
