In a massive reveal by Microsoft’s Chris Charla, MS is allowing developers the ability to enable cross-network play. What this means is that Xbox Live players would be able to play alongside PC gamers or PSN players. Rocket League will be the first game to allow cross-network play.
This comes as a shock as Microsoft’s strict policies on the matter limited some MMOs from showing up on the 360 as they wanted the Xbox Live service to only allow players to interact with Xbox Live
Doesn’t Sony have a say in this?
