Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Collection is coming to PS3 and PS VITA, but of course you know this by now. Yesterday Square Enix let out more details regarding the title along with the announcement of its collector’s edition, which looks pretty nifty. March 18th, 2014 is when you’ll be able to get your hands on the Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Collection for $39.99 on PS3 and PS VITA (Square Enix clarified) as well. Both games X and X-2 will be embedded in PS3’s healthy capacity Blu-Ray disc while PS VITA owners will have to download X-2 from the PlayStation Network. PS3’s digital download from PSN will run you around 24.1 GB, while FFX and FFX-2 combined size on PS VITA clock in at around 7 GB.
The Collector’s Edition of the game will be offered exclusively by the Square Enix Online Store where you’ll be receiving a 40-page hardcover art book filled with various FFX | X-2 character, environment, and concept art. But not just that, SE threw in a Final Fantasy X HD Remaster original soundtrack (on Blu-Ray complete with more than 6 hours melody, and finally five lithographs for display. This HD Collection Collector’s Edition will run you $79.99.
