Team Arrow goes to Russia to get help from the Bratva to take down General Walker once and for all. Quentin is back, and Rene helps him prep for a big press conference. Felicity crosses a line with Pandora, and Rory takes notice.

Military police tried to take General Walker into custody, but with the help of those on his payroll, Walker and his men fought their way out. They left 30 dead and no sign of the trigger. When the Arrow team find out that Walker has fled to Russia, it seems like a no brainer to hop on a plane and hope that the Bratva can help.

Walker has made a deal to sell the trigger, but Team Arrow has a limited amount of time before the trigger is gone for good and used for a terrorist plot. When Oliver and company (I know, I had to) get to Russia, Anatoly tells Oliver that he should have stayed away. Oliver didn’t leave the Bratva on good terms, and Anatoly isn’t letting him forget it. Oliver refused to help a brother of the Bratva, and eventually, Slade Wilson killed him. In the Bratva, if a brother does a favor for you, you must do a favor for him in return. In order to get help from the Bratva, Oliver must do a favor for Anatoly; a favor that will most likely leave a bad taste in his mouth when finished.

After capturing one of Walker’s men, they have a hard time extracting any pertinent information on the buy. It didn’t help that Diggle flew off the handle and beat the man to a pulp. So, Oliver has to go back to the Bratva and do the unsavory favor. He takes Dinah with him, since he knows no one else will approve. Thankfully, Oliver doesn’t have to assassinate anyone, just break a few fingers of someone who hasn’t paid their debts to the Bratva. In the end, they found the trigger and manage to keep it from going nuclear in the middle of Russia, thanks to Rory.

While the rest of the team is partying it up in Russia, Rene aka Wild Dog has to stay behind. He’s put in charge of Quentin Lance who is back and ready to face everything head on. Quentin wants to hold a press conference to discuss his troubles with addiction. Rene decides to help him prepare, but Quentin doesn’t think he needs any help. One mention of Laurel, and he shuts down their session. Rene reminds Quentin that Susan Williams isn’t going to go easy on him; Rene isn’t trying to be mean. After a call to his sponsor, Quentin finally understood that Rene was just trying to help, and they continue to prepare. Susan ended up going easy on Quentin because Rene told her about his childhood encounter with him. Quentin caught Rene tagging a building, and instead of throwing him in jail, Quentin inspired him to be better.

The flashback may have been brief this week, but it was important nonetheless. Oliver is frustrated when Talia has them going after low level drug dealers. What he doesn’t understand at first is that they are going after the man responsible for supplying drugs in Starling City. These are the drugs that Oliver saw Thea using when he was in Starling for a quick minute. (When is Thea coming back by the way?)

Talia tells Oliver that he can’t right his wrongs from Russia; he needs to go home. She tells Oliver, “The man who embraces the dark is never without sight.” Before leaving Russia for good, Oliver finds Anatoly in a hospital bed. Anatoly questioned Gregor’s deal with Kovar, and Gregor beat him. Gregor’s loyalty lies with Kovar, but since Gregor is Bratva, Anatoly says there’s nothing they can do. Oliver says they can kill him.

Felicity is beginning to remember what it was like to be a hacktivist after her time in Russia. She used information from Pandora to threaten a Russian man into helping them get a lead on General Walker. When Rory finds out, he warns Felicity to be careful before she crosses a line from which she can’t come back. Rory tries to go to Oliver about it, but they don’t get a chance to discuss the issue. In the end, Felicity knows that she’s not going to stop unlocking Pandora and righting wrongs. But, what trouble with this bring to Team Arrow? Will her fellow teammates appreciate her other “hobby?”

WHAT IS DUAL PIXELS?

Dual Pixels is more than just an organization, it's a culture. The interactive arts are our passion, this includes gaming and innovations brought forward with technology. The beauty of being an independent organization is the fact that we have the opportunity to bring back the enthusiasm in a gaming industry which is becoming increasingly corporate and stale. The Dual Pixels brand is full of perspective hence the reason why we also go by the appellation "The Digital Crossover".
