For the first time in recent memory, Madden is letting it’s hair down for fun challenge incentivized objectives in the Gauntlet. The Gauntlet is a ridiculous new perspective in Madden that casual players would get a kick out of as it features player scenarios such as: kicking a 100 yard field goal in 200+ MPH winds, returning a kick while staff, coaching, and even media personnel casually but intentionally stand in your way, and much more extremities. The Gauntlet also features boss battles every five levels to test your skills and the five “lives” you’re granted per attempt at the 40 level Gauntlet.
Madden 15 is inspired by cover boy Richard Sherman and the Seattle Seahawks. EA was so inspired by the Seahawks and their Superbowl victory they decided to include the most highly anticipated feature in the game…defense! The War In The Trenches 2.0 trailer highlighting the strides Madden is taking this year details defensive improvements down to the button, which includes a defense exclusive camera, quarterback rush boosts upon good snap timing and more. Check it all out below.
