A few days ago, Blizzard teased a new hero when they “ran a report” on robotics prodigy, Efi Oladele. In her passion to see good come to the world, she reporgrammed an OR15 robot to create ORISA. The origin video goes further into depth on the origins of the new character.

She will have a few abilities at her disposal. Fusion Driver is her main weapon. It slows her down while firing but does sustained damage. Fortify is like an instant temporary armor which reduces damage. Halt fires a charge that draws in nearby enemies into one spot. Protective Barrier throws down a stationary barrier to protect from damage. And finally, Supercharger throws down a device to increase damage dealt to nearby allies.

No word yet on her release date, but she’s bound to show up on PTR soon enough.

Overwatch is available now for PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.

Rob's been gaming since he was a wee lad. It all started with a NES, and a Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt combo cart one Christmas morning. Since then, he's been an avid lover of all things video. He also likes comics, manga, movies, long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners and dogs. Rob is also quite adept at speaking in the third person.

WHAT IS DUAL PIXELS?

Dual Pixels is more than just an organization, it's a culture. The interactive arts are our passion, this includes gaming and innovations brought forward with technology. The beauty of being an independent organization is the fact that we have the opportunity to bring back the enthusiasm in a gaming industry which is becoming increasingly corporate and stale. The Dual Pixels brand is full of perspective hence the reason why we also go by the appellation "The Digital Crossover".
