Arrow gave us some friendly faces this week when China White, Liza Warner, and Carrie Cutter aka Cupid, escape custody and wreak havoc on Star City. Meanwhile, Susan Williams is closing in on the truth about Oliver, and Thea and Felicity work to throw her off the scent.
Our three female villains have busted out and are looking for that final score. With Tobias Church dead, the three women are after his $100 million. They leave a trail of bodies in their wake before the Green Arrow and crew show up. With help from the Anti Crime Unit, Cupid, China, and Liza will be back behind bars in no time.
The ACU actually had an interesting episode. They initially tried to attack the Green Arrow when they received reports that he was the one who killed Billy Malone. Oliver goes to see the police chief to talk him out of arrested the Green Arrow. It works for the time being, but they aren’t out of the woods just yet. News of the coverup hits the press. Could this be the end of Oliver’s time as mayor? It seems that Prometheus is working to completely dismantle Oliver’s life, and we are no closer to figuring out his identity. Oliver tries to talk to his mother, but she won’t give up the true name of her son. She says that he’s only doing this because he’s hurt and scared.

The flashback this week took us back to the Bratva. Oliver is working with Anatoly to take down Gregor. Anatoly realizes that Oliver will need an army to go after Gregor. Anatoly feels bad that Oliver continues to take other’s sins as his own. He calls Oliver a sin-eater. When Gregor makes a play to kill Anatoly during his recovery at the hospital, Oliver finds he and Anatoly surrounded and running out of options. Gregor promises that if Oliver surrenders, Anatoly will live. Oliver agrees, and the mystery of the Bratva continues.
We aren’t the only ones curious about Oliver’s time in Russia with the Bratva. Susan Williams has been digging into Oliver and found photos of both Oliver and the Green Arrow in Russia while Oliver was supposed to be on Lian Yu. She decides to be up front with her boyfriend and asks Oliver point blank if he’s the Green Arrow. He quickly answers yes, and I’m sure we all did a double take. Oliver laughs it off and says that he assumed Susan was joking. She wasn’t, but he assured her that he is not the Green Arrow.

Susan is clearly not convinced, and Oliver tells Thea about her accusations. He says that he will take care of it, but Thea decides to take matters into her own hands. She asks for Felicity’s help to hack into Susan’s laptop. Felicity finds her file on Oliver, and Thea is concerned. Susan has all of the pieces; she just hasn’t exposed Oliver yet. Thea decides to burn Susan for good. She has Felicity put some stuff on Susan’s laptop which shows that she is a fraud. Susan was fired, and her credibility is completely gone. Susan is going to have a hard time finding a job let alone furthering her career.
Susan confronts Oliver about the fake stuff on her laptop. She knows that she’s being set up, and the only connection is Oliver. She had no problem until she confronted him with her suspicions about him being the Green Arrow. Oliver is confused because he had nothing to do with it. He then attacks Thea for doing something so awful. She ruined Susan’s life all because she had her suspicions of Oliver being the Green Arrow. Oliver says that Thea knew exactly what she was doing, and this was something that their mother would have done, for better or worse.
