Foxnext Games have been working on not one but two Alien titles. The first is a new game for your mobile device titled ‘Alien: Blackout’ which is developed by Rival Games and Theory Interactive. Alien: Blackout will have you playing with Amanda Ripley set in between the Alien and Aliens timeline in this story driven puzzle/action game. Guide Amanda through Weyland-Yutani space station with the blood thirsty Xenomorph, saving crew members or leaving them behind will determine the outcome of your story. Alien: Blackout will be available on the App Store and Google Play store very soon. Alien: Blackout will also launch on the Amazon Store for some Kindle Fire action.
The next title that Foxnext Games is working on is a new console title which is coming to the PC as well. Cold Iron Studios will also be working on the title and it will be a massively multiplayer online shooter set in the Alien Cinematic Universe. No details yet if this title will be releasing this year.
Makes you wonder if this game would be similar to the Destiny Franchise, if you think so sound off in the comments section on what you think about the move to a massively multiplayer online game for the Alien franchise.
