Shut up and take my rupees in November 2013! An official release date for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds was announced during Nintendo’s E3 2013 Direct, and it has been set for some time in November 2013.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is a completely new game with a completely different storyline; however, the world is the same as the SNES classic The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

A new adventure is there for Link in no where else but Hyrule, where he will now be able to become a drawing, which will allow him to merge into the walls of dungeons and fields. This is a whole new way to explore, and will add new elements to accessing locations that he would not be able to reach.

The game is a top-down 2D world, but the stunning 3Ds 3D feature will add both elevation and depth to the game. These 3D visuals are accompanied by a constant frame rate of 60FPS. By using the lower touch screen  you will drag items from the items window and assign them to the X or Y buttons.

Screenshots and an E3 2013 trailer can be found below. To keep updated on The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, keep it tuned into Dual Pixels.

WHAT IS DUAL PIXELS?

Dual Pixels is more than just an organization, it's a culture. The interactive arts are our passion, this includes gaming and innovations brought forward with technology. The beauty of being an independent organization is the fact that we have the opportunity to bring back the enthusiasm in a gaming industry which is becoming increasingly corporate and stale. The Dual Pixels brand is full of perspective hence the reason why we also go by the appellation "The Digital Crossover".
