More celebrations from Nintendo fans as Shigeru Miyamoto announced Star Fox for Wii U will be coming out before Nintendo’s heavyweight title for 2015: Zelda Wii U. After a long hiatus, gameplay was revealed showing what looked incredibly similar to a segment of ‘free range’ mode from Star Fox 64, with Miyamoto controlling Fox’s ship through both motion control and joystick manipulation with the Wii U gamepad.
The new announcement has been met with skepticism from people who are wondering if Zelda would have been priority for release, but in the wake of Majora’s Mask 3D being announced for Q1/2, it’s no surprise Nintendo has chosen to space out their Hyrulean offerings in 2015.
