Team Arrow has been disbanded, and Oliver has been defeated. Adrian Chase broke Oliver, and he doesn’t want to be the Green Arrow any longer. He believes that the hood has only been a device to allow him to continue with a murder spree in Star City. His crusade is just an excuse to fulfill this need to murder.

Now that Chase has broken Oliver, the team is ready to fight back. Unfortunately their fearless leader isn’t up for the battle. Oliver throws in the towel. He says that everyone around him either suffers or dies. Chase shows up to the mayor’s office and flaunts his power over Oliver. But now that he has what he wants, it isn’t good enough. He is always going to want more. Chase tells Oliver it isn’t over and hands him a knife. He says that Oliver needs to either kill him in broad daylight, or else there’s nothing he can do to get to Chase.

Oliver realizes that with Chase not ready to give up his vendetta, he needs to do something that Chase doesn’t see coming. If all of those episodes of flashbacks taught us anything, it’s that Oliver is part of the Bratva brotherhood, for better or for worse. Oliver calls Anatoly to come to Star City and kill Adrian Chase. Now, we know how the Bratva works, but what does Anatoly want?

Anatoly and the Bratva look to steal some seemingly harmless diabetes pills. The Arrow team, sans the Emerald Archer, go to stop the hijacking from taking place. Of course, when Anatoly reveals himself, Diggle is confused. Anatoly lets him know that he was invited to Star City by Oliver. Diggle tries to reason with Oliver; he tells him that they don’t hire criminals to kill people. Oliver is hoping that Chase’s death will only remain on his conscience; he doesn’t want it to weigh on any of the other team members. Felicity might be the only one who wonders whether or not Oliver might be onto something with letting the Bratva do their dirty work.

The Bratva are definitely not innocent in all of this. Those seemingly harmless diabetes pills were for a much larger scheme. They are using them to develop a street drug that proves to be much more addictive than heroin. What a noble business to be in. Now that the Bratva are going after Chase, the rest of the Arrow team are going after the Bratva. They prevent the Bratva from getting to Chase once, and Diggle decides to confront Oliver again.

Diggle is probably the best person to get through to Oliver now. Oliver doesn’t believe that Diggle knows what type of man he is, but Diggle refuses to accept that. He tells Oliver that he knows everything, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Meanwhile, Curtis planted something on Chase in order to get the information needed to prove that Chase is Prometheus. Curtis and Felicity use Helix to unscramble the video proof of Chase unmasking himself as Prometheus. Naturally, Chase is still one step ahead and takes out the US Marshals who are “protecting” him before they can bring him into custody.

WHAT IS DUAL PIXELS?

Dual Pixels is more than just an organization, it's a culture. The interactive arts are our passion, this includes gaming and innovations brought forward with technology.
The beauty of being an independent organization is the fact that we have the opportunity to bring back the enthusiasm in a gaming industry which is becoming increasingly corporate and stale. The Dual Pixels brand is full of perspective hence the reason why we also go by the appellation "The Digital Crossover".
