Michel Ancel, previously known for developing the Rayman series, has just announced his new game, and it closed out Sony’s Gamescom Press Conference with good reason. It’s name is Wild, and it is set in an open world one that is potentially as large as Europe where you can play any living creature. It seems like the storyline will follow the travails of a hugely muscled barbarian archetype, a shape shifting woman, and a talking skeleton (just in case you forgot, Ancel is known for his peculiar sense of humor). The visuals look vibrant and the world looks expansive and with this serving as a perfect complement to No Man’s Sky I’d say my PS4 will be humming happily throughout 2015.
