Mortal Kombat is back! In what was one of the more surprising reveals at The Game Awards, NetherRealm Studios head, Ed Boone, shared the reveal trailer for the latest in the MK series, Mortal Kombat 11. While the reveal trailer doesn’t showcase all that the new title will bring to the table, you can glean some more information from the YouTube description (seen below).
From the YouTube Description: “The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.â€
Mortal Kombat 11 was due, in the sense of how often it and Injustice switch off, but I would have never thought that it would be out so soon. Mortal Kombat 11 is releasing on April 23, 2019 for PS4, XBox One, PC and Nintendo Switch. That is a mere five months from reveal to release!
